파워카드 전략이 자폐성 장애유아의 수업 중 말 끼어들기, 부적절한 자세, 반복적인 글씨쓰기 문제행동에 미치는 영향^*

본 연구는 파워카드 전략이 자폐성장애유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위 하여 서울시 G구에 위치한 국공립 병설 A유치원에 재원중인 자폐성 장애유아 1명을 대상 유아로 선정하 였으며, 파워카드 제작 지침에 따라 중재를 위한 스크립트와 파워카드를 제작하였다. 연구 설계는 단일대 상연구의 행동간 중다 기초선 설계(multiple baseline across behavior design)를 사용하였다. 자료 수집은 전체 30분 수업 중 매 회기 10초간 부분간격 기록 법을 사용하여 관찰하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자폐성 장애유아의 수업 중 말 끼어들기 문제행동이 파워카드 전략을 통하여 현저히 감소하였다. 둘째, 자 폐성 장애유아의 수업 중 부적절한 자세 문제행동이 파워카드 전략을 통하여 현저히 감소하였다. 셋째, 자 폐성 장애유아의 수업 중 반복적으로 의미 없는 글씨쓰기 문제행동이 파워카드 전략을 통해 현저히 감소 하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 파워카드 전략이 자폐성 장애 유아의 문제행동 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 주었 으며 이를 통해 자폐성 장애유아의 문제행동 감소에 효과적이라는 점을 보여 주었다고 할 수 있다. 또한 파워카드 전략이 최소한의 비용과 시간으로 행동중재에 대한 효과를 기대 할 수 있고 유아가 필요할 때마 다 파워카드를 언제든지 꺼내어 볼 수 있어 스스로 긍정적 행동을 위한 절차를 내면화하고, 문제행동을 조 절 할 수 있도록 해주는 전략임으로 이를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the power card strategy on the problem behaviors of autistic children. For this purpose, one child with autism disorder who is financially supported by a public kindergarten A kindergarten located in G district, Seoul city was selected as a child and a script and a power card for intervention were produced according to the guidelines of the power card production. The research design used a multiple baseline across behavioral design. Data collection was performed using the partial interval recording method for 10 minutes every session during the entire 30 minute class. The results of the study are as follows. First, the problem of word interception problem during the class of children with autistic disorder was significantly reduced through the power card strategy. Second, inadequate posture problem behaviors during the class of autistic children significantly decreased through the power card strategy. Third, the repetitive and meaningless writing problem behaviors during the class of autistic children decreased significantly by the power card strategy. The results of this study showed that the power card strategy had a positive effect on reducing the problem behaviors of the autistic children and it was effective in reducing the problem behaviors of children with autism. In addition, the power card strategy can be expected to have effects on behavioral interventions with minimum cost and time, and it is possible to take the power card at any time when the child needs it, so internal procedures for positive action are internalized, This is a strategy that allows us to make adjustments.
